Human Growth Laboratory is an initiative aimed at studying various behavioral interactions and patterns at personal and organizational level in order to use them as a tool to accelerate and monitor growth.

In addition, HGL also acts as the interface between industries and educational institutions. HGL involves itself in experiments, research and development activities taking a multidisciplinary approach.

	Administration and validation of psychometric tests.
	Designing, researching and implementing business games and other action based learning tools.
	Creation and exhibition of models, tools and techniques to be utilized by the business environment.
	Conduction of experiments both within/ outside the laboratory.
	Research on live group activities such as: Boardroom discussions, decision making. Bilateral negotiations and interactions among professionals. Group performance. Relationship management. Team building etc.
	Conducting live experiment based research work on various areas of concern related to humanistic approach.
	Develop case studies on relevant areas of concern.

	Research paper and live projects from industry to be completed, presented and published in a reputed journal
