Congratulations on being selected for the Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) batch of 2010-2011 at SIOM.
You are requested to please confirm your acceptance to this admission offer in the prescribed format so that all the documents reach us latest by 27 May 2010.
Please ensure that you enclose the following documents with your acceptance
1. Acceptance of Offer.
2. Demand draft (1st Installment) for Rs. 41,000/- in favor of “Director Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management,” payable at Nashik.
3. Provisional Degree certificate / Degree Certificate.
4. Work experience certificate, if applicable
