Instructions for Selected Candidates

Congratulations on being selected for the Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) batch of 2009-2010 at SIOM.

You are requested to please confirm your acceptance to this admission offer in the prescribed format so that all the documents reach us latest by 28th May 2009.

Please ensure that you enclose the following documents with your acceptance

1. Acceptance of Offer and Declaration duly signed by self
2. Demand draft (1st Installment) for Rs. 35,000/- in favor of “Director Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management,” payable at Nashik.
3. Certificate of passing the qualifying exam and mark sheet of all the semesters.
4. Certificate of change of name if applicable.
5. Work experience certificates as per the details mentioned in the admission form and also the current work experience certificate.

If we do not receive the above before 28th May 2009, we will presume that you are not interested in seeking admission at SIOM. This will result in the loss of your candidature.

Kindly note that all admissions are provisional till the eligibility is sanctioned by the University.

 Any delay postal or otherwise shall be at the candidate’s risk
