The 10 week Summer Internship program is an integral part of the course curriculum of MBA – Operations program and goes a long way in shaping the process at our Institute. It gives our students a flair of what the corporate world is all about. SIOM’s endeavor is to mould competent Techno-Business Managers who are capable of handling people intensive management processes, leading organization towards success.
This year many Companies gave a splendid response by traveling all the way to Nashik. Many companies also evaluate our students for future employment and may offer Pre- Placement Offers. Evaluation is a critical part of the process of facilitating better learning and students are evaluated based on the reports received from the company and their formal project report. Companies are requested to communicate their intent with the methodology that they would be adopting for selecting the summer interns.
