SELECTION PARAMETERS

We evaluate candidates based on Group Exercise and Personal Interview. We aim to select individuals who are confident communicators, open to learning and adapting. Clarity of self-vision and a strong drive toward a specialization in Operations Management are vital. Proficiency in operational tools and systems thinking is valued for achieving excellence in businesses. We also look for teamwork and leadership qualities.
